Admission Process for Domestic Students: 

Domestic students can start their enrollment by contacting the International College admissions office. ICBT will determine your eligibility in 3 steps.

  1. Students apply and submit their application along with documentation.
  2. Students meet in-person or virtually with the Admissions team to discuss the details of the program.
  3. ICBT admissions team will determine your eligibility by assessing the documents and will notify you of the final decision made.

For International Students, the students are required to submit their documents and upon assessment of their documentation, the admissions team will notify the students of the final decision. If further information is required, the admissions team will contact the student. 

  1. Submit the Documentation
  2. Get the Letter of Acceptance
  3. Arrange your travel to Canada. 

Upon Arrival:

Upon your arrival, if you request, at Calgary International Airport, our team member will be available to pick you up and drop you at your destination. Before starting your program, all International Students must attend the Student Orientation where you will be given the opportunity to be familiar with the campus and the program. You will also get a chance to meet your fellow classmates. 

Work while studying:

International students are eligible to work while they are studying for 20 hours a week. During the break from academic sessions, international students can work full time. Post Graduate Work Permit:

It is very important for international students to collect the proper and detailed information on work permits. Not all colleges and programs are eligible for work permits. For more information on eligibility, visit the Government of Canada’s website.
